Examples of how I've translated complex scientific evidence into clearer positioning, credible customer stories, and commercially useful content. Because some client work is confidential, relevant samples are available during a project discussion.
From clinical evidence to customer-facing proof
Clinical technology | Case studyPublished peer-reviewed research demonstrated that a clinical technology could be deployed in real-world clinical settings to support decisions around diagnosis and prognosis. I helped translate that evidence into customer stories without oversimplifying the science or overstating claims.
The source material had been written for clinical and academic audiences. Prospective customers needed a clearer explanation of how the technology worked in practice, where it fit within clinical workflows, and what value it offered in different use cases.
I reviewed the published evidence, identified commercially relevant insights, and worked with the team to develop a case-study narrative connecting a novel technology application to its differentiated real-world use.
Customer-facing stories that demonstrated real-world clinical value across multiple settings while remaining grounded in peer-reviewed evidence.
Sapio Sciences: lab informatics content
Scientific software | Bylined articlesSapio Sciences, a lab-informatics platform (LIMS, ELN, SDMS), needed authoritative, buyer-focused content across a wide range of lab workflows and software-evaluation topics.
A series of evaluation-stage articles, each mapping platform capabilities to how specific lab teams across diagnostics, histopathology, NGS, GMP/QC, and in vivo actually choose software.
Each piece was written for a named buyer and workflow, translating dense informatics detail into decision-ready guidance without flattening the science.
I write about positioning complex technology on Substack.
On Substack, I explore how companies can position complex technologies, communicate evidence, and build commercial narratives around their scientific technology.
